Character
Eagle
FileLeigh Rachel Anns. City sanitation, Saint John. 5'8", 135 lb. First seen in Insecto #8.
She caught a falling cat and found she could fly. The costume nods to Isaiah 40:31. Boots and a helmet add talons and long sight. She still works sanitation by day.
